We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days which was a great amount of time, although I wished I had longer out there because I loved it so much. We stayed in a 6 person room in a Hostel called Inner Amsterdam which I would completely reccomend. Inner Amsterdam is so close to everything (We had bikes, so it obviously made this faster, but walking wasn't bad at all). There is a supermarket just across the main road and also the Van Gough Museum and Rijks Museum and the Iamsterdam Sign.
We rented out bikes for nearly the entirety of the time we were in Amsterdam, and I 100% recommend getting bikes. I have to admit the first day is stressful and scary, but once you get used to the roads it is so so fun! We had the best time just cycling round on our bikes, its such a good way to get around to see the whole of Amsterdam.
I got a bit excited when I was out there, just because it is such a beautiful city and it seemed like a waste not to take hundreds of photos. This is only a small number compared to what I actually have. So excuse the amount of photos, but I was slightly snap happy!
